Support for philanthropists wishing to get involved with projects of public interest in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Strengthening actors in Latin America and the Caribbean in key sectors such as health, training and the economy is something that the King Baudouin Foundation contributes to, thanks to the involvement of philanthropists and donors. We support local actors, individuals and organisations that contribute to the development of their country. In order to increase our impact, we work with other partners and philanthropic organisations, through the Myriad alliance for borderless giving.

Creation of a SUGi Pocket Forest, a park that serves as a playground and recreation area for children and their carers, as a waiting area for patients, etc.

Provision of wheelchairs and art, literacy, education and digital entrepreneurship projects for vulnerable youngsters with disabilities to increase their mobility and inclusion.

Teaching mothers to prepare healthy, no-waste meals, make cleaning products, generate income and sustainably manage energy, water and waste.

Natacha-ColcaFund
In memory of Natacha and to maintain the ties established with the local population, the Fund finances projects in the villages of Colca, in the Peruvian Andes.
Friends of the Belgian-Colombian Children's Work (Fund)
Support the protection and education of vulnerable Colombian children and adolescents.
Instituto Terra (Fund)
Fostering sustainable development through environmental restoration programs and reforestation in Brazil, and supporting education and training programmes.
